How to Ignore/Remove Spam Tokens From a Portfolio
You may have transactions for valueless airdrops, otherwise known as Spam tokens.
NODE40 can automatically detect and remove aka “Ignore” most of these tokens. (“Ignored” ledgers are not included in any calculations or reports.)
To see what NODE has automatically filtered and auto-removed from your Ledgers:
Navigate to your settings page by clicking in the top right hand corner on your email address and in the drop down, select "Settings".
Once in the Settings area, click on "Spam Ledgers"
If NODE40 doesn’t immediately detect a token as spam, you may either choose to leave it as is, or there is a manual “ignore ledger” feature that users may utilize:
There are 3 ways to Ignore/Remove Ledgers in a Portfolio
Option 1 - Ignore/Remove Ledgers individually
From the Ledgers tab of your NODE40 account, navigate to the source containing the ledger(s) you would like to remove/ignore.
Click on the 3 dots [...] on the right hand side of the screen next to the token you would like to remove/ignore and then click on "Ignore..."
Option 2 - Ignore/Remove Multiple Ledgers at Once in the Same Source Using “Selective Ignore”
From the Ledgers tab of your NODE40 account, navigate to the source containing the ledger(s) you would like to remove/ignore.
Click on the 3 dots [...] on the top right hand side under "TOTAL VALUE" and then click on "Selective ignore..."
Use the checkboxes to select the token ledgers you would like to ignore. Then click the "Ignore Ledgers" button. Note: Ignored ledgers are not included in any calculations or reports.
Option 3 - Ignore/Remove Multiple Ledgers at Once Across Multiple Wallets or Sources
There are two ways to do this:
If you have a large amount of Ledgers you would like to Ignore, across several different wallets, you can switch to "Table View" on the Ledgers page, sort or search to your liking, and then activate the selection boxes on the right hand side to select the Ledgers you would like to Ignore. Then at the bottom of the page, select the blue Ignore button as shown below.
Alternatively, you may also choose to archive ledgers via the “Smart Groups” tab view. This allows the user to archive ALL ledgers for a particular coin at once, across all sources.
You can either Ignore each SMART group individually or utilize the “Add to Bulk Ignore” option as shown.
In Bulk mode, Follow the prompts at the bottom of the screen to decide if the groups checked or unchecked will be Ignored.
How Can I View My Ignored/Removed Ledgers?
At any time, you can view all of your Ignored ledgers and restore them if needed via your settings page: NODE40 Balance Settings
