How to Generate a Binance.com/Binance.US API Key and Add it to NODE40 Balance

An Application Program Interface (APIKey is like a complex username and password system that allows NODE40 Balance to “communicate” with Binance and http://Binance.US .  It allows NODE40 to access the most enriched representation of your transaction history, which can lead to more precise calculations and better insight into your transaction history.

Simply log into your Binance account and create an API key. Add your API key to your NODE40 Balance account.

  1. Log into your Binance Account.

  2. Access API Management from the settings drop down.

  7. Uncheck Enable Trading. Do not select any other permissions. NODE40 Balance will reject any key that includes permissions other than Read Only.

  8. Select Restrict access to trusted IPs only and enter in the four (4) NODE40 IP addresses below:
*Be sure to click "confirm" after entering the first IP, and then "confirm" again after entering the second IP (and so on..).

TRUSTED NODE40 IPs:
34.236.59.56
3.217.237.48
54.179.240.9
18.140.36.75

  1. After entering each IP address above and clicking confirm each time, click Save.

  2. Enter the API Key and Secret Key into NODE40 Balance.

Binance will only show the Secret Key one time. If you leave this page and come back later it will only show the API Key. Make sure you save the key into NODE40 Balance before leaving this page or you will need to generate a new key.

  1. Select Save. You have successfully linked your Binance account to NODE40.
