Tagging Transactions in NODE40

Tagging transactions is essential for preparing your data for syncing into Quickbooks Online.

In this section:

Tagging Transactions Individually

To tag one transaction, simply click the arrow on the left to expand the transaction, navigate to the tags section and click +new. Then create a new tag or choose an existing tag.

Tagging Transactions in Bulk

To tag transactions in bulk, select the 3 dots as pictured to activate the bulk tagging feature.

Then, simply select the transactions you would like to tag in bulk and click “Apply Tag” at the very bottom of the screen.

Then create a new tag or choose an existing tag.

Rules Based Tagging

Additionally, you may also create rules to apply tags automatically to transactions to or from a specific wallet address. The tag will be added to all matching transactions when the rule is created, as well as any future transactions that match when they are imported.

To manage your tags and rules, navigate to the Tags and Rules section of your settings page.
