Mapping NODE40 Token Accounts in QuickBooks

This document will walk you through mapping each cryptocurrency in your portfolio to an asset account from your QuickBooks Online chart of accounts.

1. Click IMPORT ACCOUNTS INTO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE… Button

2. When the box pops up, click “Download Template”.

3. Once the template has been downloaded, you will need to navigate to your QuickBooks online account to upload the template. Navigate to the area shown in the image below:

4. Once in the chart of accounts, click on the arrow next to “New” and click on “import”. Locate the template you just downloaded in step 2 by clicking browse > open.

5. Once the file has been uploaded, page through, clicking next, then next again and then click on import.

6. Once your NODE40 Token Account mappings template has been upload to QuickBooks, refresh the “Token Accounts” tab screen and you should then see a prompt “View Suggested Mappings”

7. Another box will pop up with all of your tokens selected. Click the blue “Map Selected Accounts” button to confirm these settings.
