Step-by-step

How to Invite a new Administrator to an Organization
First, Log into http://balance.node40.com with an account that has an Administrator role. If you do not have this type of access, please reach out to your NODE40 account manager.

  1. From the Team Member Members tab, click the blue +Add Team member button.

  2. Fill in email (required) and First & Last name (optional).

  1. Click the green Add Team Member button and activate the Administrator switch to green, if necessarydesired.

By clicking this switch, you can allow this team member to create, update, and remove other team members by making assigning them an administrator Administrator role.

  1. The New Team member will receive an email inviting them to create an account. “Invite Pending” will display under their account until they accept the invite.

  2. Click the green Add Managed Account button.
